Developing Christian leaders is a key priority for the discipleship and evangelism of the next generation in the Philippines.

The country remains heavily influenced by sects and cults that blend Christian ideas with all manner of false teachings and many leaders have little training or accountability. Church congregations in the Philippines do not always have the capacity to pay pastors a full-time wage, so ministers are always looking for additional employment. There is a need for people to find ways to be better sustained in ministry.

We currently have one project underway in the Philippines. The International Christian College of Manila provides training for people wanting to be equipped for ministry.  They also offer education as a degree because teaching fits well with pastoral ministry and can provide graduates with employment options while pursuing ministry opportunities in their local church.
