From the winding roads of Indonesia to the rugged paths of Zimbabwe, the Great Gifts Mission-Minded Bundle equips leaders who bring the Gospel to the hardest-to-reach places. Students, pastors and local leaders are building hope through presence and perseverance, turning distant villages into places of transformation.
In Indonesia, the morning air is thick with humidity as a young woman steadies her motorbike on a winding rural road. The dirt road ahead winds through steep hills and scattered villages. For years, Ariyani dreaded this journey. She once dreamed of ministry behind a pulpit, not on roads that left dust on her shoes and exhaustion in her bones.
But four years at the Christian Church Theological School of Indonesia transformed how she saw calling and courage. She learned that the Gospel travels not just through words but through hands that serve.
The Christian Church Theological School of Indonesia is more than a theological college. It is a place where young people from islands across Indonesia come together to learn faith through action. Leadership here is not measured in titles but in service. Graduates return to their home islands to teach, run children’s ministries and build small initiatives that strengthen local churches.
Across the ocean in Zimbabwe, that same spirit of faithful perseverance takes a different form. Pastors and evangelists serve congregations spread across remote regions, sometimes travelling to as many as eight communities. For them, the journey to share the Gospel begins with walking long distances on dusty roads and difficult terrain inaccessible to cars or buses.
Through the Associated Churches of Christ in Zimbabwe, Global Mission Partners provides motorbikes that make a significant difference. To date, 30 evangelists have been equipped with motorbikes, along with fuel, registration and repair costs. Each motorbike becomes a bridge carrying the message of hope across rivers, plains and long dirt roads.
A Pastor with a motorbike can visit homes, pray with families and provide comfort during sickness and sorrow. These visits build churches that thrive beyond city limits and nurture faith where it was once out of reach.
Through Great Gifts, you can stand with students, pastors and local leaders.
Each gift in the Mission-Minded Bundle empowers leaders like Ariyani and the evangelists in Zimbabwe to bring love and light to the most challenging-to-reach communities.
Each motorbike, each theological class, Christian resource, each outreach and journey becomes a pathway of hope, leading hearts toward faith, courage and a brighter future.
