Vietnam Leadership Development

The development of churches in Vietnam has been a slow process, but now that the government is allowing the registration of house churches, they need strong leaders to build up strong churches.

GMP sows into the development of church leaders and pastors through a leadership training program led by a supportive discipleship team that has strong networks with the house churches. We are committing $16,000 to creating leaders who can disciple strong people and build strong churches in Vietnam.

GMP supports our mission worker, Fiona Briers, and sows into the development of other leaders and pastors through a leadership training program. One of these leaders, Pastor T, reflects that they help their members to apply the power of the Word of God in their daily lives. Their congregations learn that their human frailties and fears can be transformed into power and strength through the authority given to them in the Name of Jesus.
