Remote Outreach
Indigenous Ministries Australia (IMA)
IMA was launched in 2013, with over 70 years of a ministry legacy through the Australian Churches of Christ Indigenous Ministries (ACCIM). IMA seeks to partner with and among Australian Indigenous people, focusing on Indigenous ministry and development. The work of IMA has been developed and planned by the council of Indigenous people. IMA is currently working with communities in Bunbury, Norseman and Port Hedland in WA, Dareton in NSW, Footscray in VIC, and Ceduna in SA.
A gift towards suitable 4x4 vehicles will help the Port Hedland and Norseman Indigenous Ministries get going for vital outreach – they often travel over 1000km into remote communities in Western Australia.
